This is the about page. In the first paragraph, you should talk about what this blog is about - for example, it is about flowers you picked in your parents' garden, or about memes you collected on Discord.
In the second paragraph, you can talk about who you are. How you present yourself depends on the content - if it's about your student life, you may want to talk about you as a student, but if the blog is about your grandma's recipes, you probably want to focus on how/where you grew up, for example.
